Oatmeal Chia Energy Bars (Dairy-Free & Vegan) These no-bake energy bars are packed with fiber, healthy fats, and plant-based protein, making them an ideal snack for those on the go. Ingredients : 200g rolled oats (gluten-free if needed) 30g chia seeds 60g almond butter 40g maple syrup or agave nectar 60g unsweetened almond milk 5ml vanilla extract A pinch of sea salt Instructions : In a large bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Press the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch baking pan. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before cutting into bars. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
